My Visions for the remainder of 2022.. and 2023. Maybe even 2024…

So, I love chatting. To a point where I probably just chat shit endlessly, and that’s the only medal I would win at the Olympics if it were a sport.

But for me, its the best way to articulate how I feel and think, and some people are blunt and to the point — whereas I will go on about 5 tangents that are somewhat relevant before FINALLY getting to the point

So this is probably the best way for me to articulate where I see the remaining 113 days of this year going as well as 2023 and beyond. Obvs if you are reading this, it is for a reason — and more so because I want you to see it for accountability purposes.

Essentially, if you’re seeing this, you’re fucking special to me.

Anyway. Visions.

2022.

My business does okay. Like, I make money. I spend money. I have a life.

But that is not enough for me, and you guys know I hate settling for less.

So, by the end of this year, I want the following:

• For my business to be turning over enough, I am able to save £1000pm, which will start to push towards me moving out.
• To have generated 5–10 amazing results, where I have huge social proof going into next year for Online Coaching.
• For Online Coaching to take off — that I start to consider moving away from 1–2–1 Coaching, and solely focus Online.
• To have enough saved to be self-funding a New York trip in 2023 — whether this is for work or for Xmas 2023.
• Look at investing into an income stream away from Coaching, to set me up for the future.

And this is just for now, and for some of you who now read this, you already know I am trying this ‘Monk Mode’ phase in my life, where in a selfish way, I am shutting people out sometimes, purely for my own benefit of getting things done. I don’t do it to be a cunt or to be harsh. I only do it for the long-term benefit… which I will get onto shortly.

2023.

I want to achieve a lot next year. I fully believe next year will be the true beginning of what my brand and business can achieve. This is highlighted by the goals here…

• I want to hire 2 people into the business next year. 1, A Social Media Manager to take off every stress related to content creation, outbound messaging, you name it. All the shit I do daily takes away from my coaching time — I would love to give that responsibility up to someone I trust and PAY them to do that. Have them do this job, get them out of the shitty job they hate, and succeed and scale further.
• I also want to hire a 2nd Coach. This is why I am hellbent on getting some incredible results at the back end of this year, and some of you will become a part of this. I want a 2nd coach who again, I can work alongside so we can generate even more results, and push the brand to new heights.
• I want to travel more for work purposes. I.E. I want to be able to go abroad and work, to see new environments and taste the idea of working in other countries. Being away from my daily environment and being able to go to conferences, talks, and seminars and learn from some of the best in the industry.
• I want to continue making people happy.

4 goals. 4 goals I am determined to make a reality in 2023, going into 2024…

I feel like I have a calling to give give give

Whether that is through coaching, or giving others the opportunity to work and help and create something big.

This brand is a case of WHEN, not IF. I will continue to be told No in this journey — but those who watch us move, those who join the movement and those who want to be a part of this revolution we are creating…

I love all of you.

Some of my closest friends pay me to coach them, because they back this process and trust me to deliver.

That is the biggest accountability IN THE WORLD.

But, that is me.

That is the vision.

And I am sharing them with you right now…
